Inflate A Balloon Using Baking Soda

by James Wang Leave a Comment

snd

This Science experiment will teach kids how to inflate a balloon using baking soda.

What you will need:

  • Baking soda
  • Vinegar
  • Plastic bottle
  • Balloon
  • Funnel

Put 2-3 teaspoons of baking soda in the balloon. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar in the water bottle using a funnel. Attach the balloon onto the tip of the bottle but make sure the baking soda does not mix yet with the vinegar. Tip the bottle so the vinegar mixes with the baking soda. Then watch with amazement while the balloon blows up.
