This experiment will show kids how to make a silver egg. It is very simple. All you need are the following.
- one raw egg
- candle
- jar with water
- tongs
Hold the egg using the tongs and put it over the flame until it is covered with soot. Make sure that all the egg shells will be covered with soot.
Once it is covered with soot, submerge it in the water and watch in amazement as it turns into a silver egg.
