How to Make Giant Bubbles

by James Wang Leave a Comment

It's a Boy!

Kids love playing with bubbles. So this experiment will surely be enjoyed by your Sunday School class. It is very easy to do.

Just prepare the following:

  • 6 cups of water
  • A half cup of Dawn dish detergent (blue)
  • A half cup of corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of glycerine
  • 2 straws
  • Yarn

Add cornstarch to the water and stir well to dissolve. Then add the Dawn dish detergent, baking powder and glycerine into the mixture. Stir well. Let it sit for an hour.

To create the bubble wand, tie the straws together using a yarn. Make a hole at both ends of the straws and string the yarn through it to connect them together.
