Candy Button Punch Box

by James Wang Leave a Comment

Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children play is serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood. - Fred Rogers (1)

The candy button punch box is the newest hit game for kids. They will get big prizes if they punch the right holes.

Here are the things you need to create the candy button punch box.

  • 4 poster boards (white)
  • A cutter
  • Colored tissue papers for the punch holes
  • Small boxes to hold the prizes or lunch bags
  • Candy prizes
  • Packing tape
  • Ribbon string

Cut 18 holes in the first poster board, 3 holes per row. Cover the holes with colored tissue paper and tape it together. Put the prizes in the lunch bags or small boxes and again tape it to each hole. For the remaining poster boards, create a box shape to cover the sides and the back.

Let the kids punch into the holes to get fun prizes!
