What is a Microsoft account? An account required to use Microsoft’s Office and online services. In Windows 8 or later, it may be necessary to use some functions of Windows. It is equivalent to the Apple ID in Apple’s Macintosh and iPhone.
When creating a new Microsoft account, recommends that you obtain a new email address from Microsoft’s webmail “Outlook.com”. (Even if you request the initial setting service, we will guide you to obtain a new email address and create it.)

You may not be able to complete the account creation if you cannot immediately receive emails at the email address you set.
If the same email address cannot be used, such as when you created it with a provider email and moved and canceled it, or when you created it with a mobile carrier email address and changed it, you can change the email address registered with your Microsoft office.com/myaccount.
