Very much along the lines of the last quote, but taking a different spin on this, if every single kid in your class, on your route, in your kids church grew up to be just like you, what type of a church would you be in? Would it be a praying church? Would it be a worshiping church? Would it be a church that loves the Word? Would it be a friendly church? Your curriculum may have you teach all those things, but what does your life say? That’s what kids are actually going to pay the most attention to. May we continue to grow and strive toward perfection in Him because there are little ones following the trail we leave.
