The strawberry banana popsicles is the perfect snack this summer for your Sunday School class. The kids will surely love this and might even ask for another popsicle. It is very easy to make. Here’s what you need.
Ingredients:
- Strawberries
- Bananas
- Vanilla yoghurt
- Milk
- Lemon juice
- Sugar
To make the strawberry layer, slice the strawberries into quarters and drop it into the blender. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons vanilla yoghurt, 1 tablespoon milk and 2 tablespoons sugar. Blend well and make sure to strain to remove seeds. Pour into the popsicle mold and don’t forget to place the popsicle stick in the middle. Then put it in the freezer until it becomes solid.
Then make the banana layer by putting the sliced bananas in the blender. Add 2 tablespoons of milk, 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar. When it’s already well blended, pour the banana mixture in the popsicle mold and freeze until it becomes solid.
You can switch the layers and make the banana layer first and the strawberry mixture on top.
