Negative Experience
My recent online shopping experience turned into a cautionary tale. I found the website to be “dishonest” for not honoring promotions and full of “glitches.” There was “no customer service or agent” available to assist. I attempted to resolve the missing discount on my order, but it proved impossible.
Customer: The promotion didn’t apply because of glitches. This is dishonest!

Customer: Why should I return and reorder because of
